The best thing you can do for your team is NOT do it FOR them! Give them a hand UP not a hand OUT!
When starting my home based business online in Network Marketing in 1996 I had no idea what to do. It was the first time we had ever purchased a computer so when I found the Internet world wide web it was like being caught in a black hole!
When I had questions by the time my sponsor or upline got back with me I had already figured things out! That was the best thing that could have happened for me because it forced me to learn and grow into a servant leader!
The more challenges I went through the more growth was experienced.
Of course it’s always good to be there to support your team members.
Here’s your responsibility as a team leader -
You give the bait – lead the team to the information they need, self – development, training webinars, conference calls and events.
They must bait their hook and cast their lines in the water - your team members are responsible for taking action on what you’ve led them to!
When they catch a fish your job is to help them reel um in – be there to support, do three ways, conference calls, meet them and their prospect in person.
Your team members will thank you for helping them grow!
